Nervous system capacity
- Staying present in the body under activation
- True resting — not restlessness — during recovery

Tuesdays 14:45–16:45 · IKSK, Berlin
A different kind of training — where movement meets authenticity, community, and personal growth. Animal flow, calisthenics, breathwork and honest human connection.
Why Cali exists
Cali emerged from my need to practice being a responsible adult — without losing playfulness and aliveness.
“I noticed how I have gotten too adult, too quickly. As a child, I used to run the streets for hours and hours.”
— Ashraf
What we practice

How we practice
We take off our shoes and masks, we move our bodies, express our feelings, and develop relational skills.
The space is built on consent and respect — where imperfection, boundaries, and challenge can exist without shaming or judging.

Cali sessions are the place where I'm totally free for those two hours — nothing else matters.
Fun, with so much more than just a workout — also sharing wisdom and practical insights.
The playfulness. Ashraf gives us trust in our bodies and connects the body, the mind and the soul.
A space where I can be playful and enjoy my physical strength, and where my mind can rest in the warmth of a loving community.

The playfulness — even though we get a good burn and workout in, it doesn't feel intense.
A safe space. I can let my inner monkey play, I can be silly and intuitive, without anyone judging or shaming me.
Ashraf encouraged imperfection. Not comparison, not forcing — just being and playing.

Retreat Day
Months of the Tuesday work, compressed into one full day. A real reset — not just a taste — without the multi-week commitment. Step out of normal life long enough to feel an actual shift.
Full-day intensive (6–8 hrs): movement, breathwork, yoga, tarot & a deep authentic-relating circle
€300Shared communal meal — part of the integration, not an add-on
€40Small group, capped at 10–12 for real depth
intimacyTake-home integration guide
€30Follow-up group call one week later to lock in the shift
€50Total value €420
€199
€149 early-bird — first date only
You want to go deeper than a weekly session, but an 8-week cohort isn't realistic right now. You need an actual break from normal life — not another hour squeezed into a Tuesday.
Bonus
Free entry to the following month's Tuesday Circle — a one-off becomes the start of a habit.
Your facilitator
After facing the challenges of the Syrian war and the complexities of immigration, Ashraf's journey has been one of resilience and personal growth. He integrates a holistic approach to healing by blending yoga, psychology, and personal experience.
His experience includes work at Berlin clinics Soteria and Heiligenfelde, and advanced workshops in shamanism, spirituality and emotional healing.
